On May 2, 2024 at 9:33 a.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested a 15 year old juvenile.  The juvenile was charged with Disorderly Conduct.  The juvenile was referred to the Juvenile Hearing Board at a later date.

On May 2, 2024 at 8:04 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested a 10 year old juvenile.  The juvenile was charged with Simple Assault and/or Battery and Disorderly Conduct.  The juvenile was referred to the RI Family Court at a later date.

On May 3, 2024 at 12:59 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Jaileen L. Carlton, age 41, of 35 Benedict Rd., Nasonville, RI.  This was the result of a lengthy investigation conducted by members of this Department.  Ms. Carlton was charged with Obtaining Property by False Pretenses/Personation greater than $1500 but less than $5000, Access to Computer for Fraudulent Purposes, and Online Impersonation, 1st offense.  Ms. Carlton was brought before a Bail Commissioner and was released on a summons to appear in the RI 6th District Court at a later date.

On May 3, 2024 at 11:24 p.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested a 17 year old juvenile.  The juvenile was charged with two (2) counts of Simple Assault and/or Battery, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest.  The juvenile was referred to the RI Family Court at a later date.

On May 5, 2024 at 2:43 a.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Tyris D. Nealy, age 43, of 127 Social St., Woonsocket, RI.  This was the result of a call for a disturbance on Harrisville Main St.  Mr. Nealy was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant issued by the Woonsocket Police Department.  Mr. Nealy was processed and later transferred custody to the Woonsocket PD.

On May 5, 2024 at 2:43 a.m. members of the Burrillville Police Department arrested Brenda F. Slobogan, age 44, of 90 6th Ave., Apt. 1, Woonsocket, RI.  This was the result of a call for a disturbance on Harrisville Main St.  Ms. Slobogan was charged with Disorderly Conduct.  Ms. Slobogan was held overnight and was brought before a Bail Commissioner the following morning where she was arraigned and issued a summons to appear in the RI 6th District Court at a later date.
